OUR STORY
Hosting an event should feel exciting. Too often, it becomes managing vendors, timelines, and multiple moving parts all at once. Many of our clients come to us at this stage. They want a well-executed event without having to oversee every detail themselves. They want to be present for the moment.
One Call Catering was founded to fill that gap. In 2014, Cindy Halvorson established the company in Fort Myers with a simple goal. To become a trusted partner clients can rely on for high-quality catering and service, handled seamlessly from start to finish.
Since then, One Call Catering has served Southwest Florida with thoughtful, concierge-level catering services. We bring together experienced chefs, trusted vendors, and a professional team who care about getting every detail right. From planning through execution, each step is handled with clarity, intention, and genuine care.

Founder | Owner and Operator
Cindy Halvorson founded One Call Catering in 2014 with a singular, ambitious question: Could concierge-level catering thrive in Southwest Florida? A decade later, the answer is a resounding yes.
As a traveler and a lover of elevated aesthetics, Cindy brings a global perspective to the local table. She believes that every celebrated day is a precious trust, and she has built her reputation on honoring those moments with "Food that speaks to your soul" and looks as beautiful as it tastes.
Beyond the plate, Cindy is deeply rooted in the community she serves. Whether she is partnering with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Zonta, Fragile X, and the Dr. Piper Center, or serving as the trusted Disaster Contractor for the City of Fort Myers, the City of Naples, and Lee County Port Authority, her mission remains the same: to serve her neighbors with excellence, reliability, and heart.

Konny Mesias brings a refined, detail-driven approach to catering and event design, shaped by years of hands-on experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry since 2017. Her energy, drive, and passion for food quickly set her apart as she immersed herself in the art of service and event execution.
Since joining One Call Catering in June 2022, Konny has elevated her craft into a seamless blend of creativity, precision, and personalized planning. She specializes in curating thoughtfully designed food experiences, each one tailored to reflect the vision and individuality of every client.
Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that true luxury lies in the details. With a natural ability to anticipate needs and a passion for hospitality, she brings each event together with care, creating seamless, refined experiences that leave a lasting impression.

With everything in place, we bring your event together through a focused planning session. The discovery call and catering-only consultations are complimentary, while full event planning consultations are available at a fee (refundable upon booking) and include a customized quote and initial design guidance.
