One Call Catering is a Fort Myers-based concierge catering and event management company serving Southwest Florida since 2014.
Founded by Cindy Halvorson, the company was built around one idea: planning an event should feel just as good as attending one. We specialize in full-service catering and event support for corporate clients, families, and organizations across the region, guided by Cindy's passion for bringing people together through food and shared experiences.
We work with some of the region’s most trusted local chefs and vendors to craft experiences that are personal, flexible, and thoughtfully built around you. From the first call to the last guest out the door, we show up prepared and ready to make your event feel effortless.

The discovery call and catering-only consultations are complimentary, while full event planning consultations are available at a fee (refundable upon booking) and include a customized quote and initial design guidance.
